Child Safety Standards
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Mahuri Milan is a matrimonial platform intended only for adults who are legally eligible to marry. We do not allow minors to create accounts or use the platform.
1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, solicitation, or any content or behavior that harms or exploits children.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users must not upload, share, request, promote, or distribute:
- Any sexual, suggestive, exploitative, abusive, or unsafe content involving minors
- Content that depicts or encourages grooming, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, or abuse of children
- Messages, profile details, images, links, or files that attempt to exploit or endanger children
- False age information or attempts by minors to access the platform
3. Prevention and Moderation
We review user reports, profile information, images, and suspicious activity to help keep the platform safe. Accounts may be restricted, suspended, removed, or referred to appropriate authorities when they violate child safety standards or applicable law.
4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report safety concerns through the support or contact options available in the app or website. Reports involving child safety are prioritized for review.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services immediately.
5. Enforcement
When we identify CSAE-related content or conduct, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove the content or profile from public access
- Disable, suspend, or permanently terminate the account
- Preserve relevant account information where legally required or permitted
- Report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement or appropriate child safety authorities
6. Legal Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. We also maintain standards aligned with Google Play's child safety requirements for apps that allow user-generated content or user interaction.
7. Adult-Only Eligibility
Mahuri Milan is not directed to children. Any account found to belong to a minor may be removed, and related access may be blocked.
